Guidelines For the BELIEVE SYSTEM and Community Principles for Members the Real Connection Ministry:

1. Embrace a Minimalist Lifestyle: Members are encouraged to adopt a simple and uncluttered way of living, prioritizing experiences and meaningful relationships over material possessions. It's advised to limit the use of technology, such as smartphones, internet use, and computers, for personal use to foster deeper connections and presence in everyday life. It is acceptable to utilize company-provided tools and resources for work-related tasks, as long as the employer supplies the necessary equipment and ensures that employees do not need to enter personal information for purposes unrelated to their job. This means that any software or platforms used should be strictly for professional use, safeguarding employee privacy by preventing the need for sharing personal data. Employers must establish clear guidelines outlining their responsibilities regarding data protection and provide a secure environment for their employees to carry out their work efficiently.

2. Embrace the Power of In-Person Connections: It is essential to acknowledge and cherish the profound significance of human relationships. Members should endeavor to cultivate meaningful face-to-face interactions with those yearning for companionship or support. By being fully present and genuinely attentive during these heartfelt exchanges, we can foster deeper connections that nourish the soul and strengthen the bonds between us.

3. Reject All Forms of Uncompensated Labor: It is imperative that members refrain from participating in any unpaid work for individuals, corporations, or governmental agencies. Each person’s time, expertise, and skills hold significant worth, and it is crucial to champion the principle of equitable compensation for any services rendered. Engaging in unpaid labor not only undermines one’s self-worth but also dilutes the value of professional skills across the board. To uphold self-respect and dignity in all professional endeavors, it is essential to advocate for fair payment that reflects the quality and impact of the work performed. By doing so, we reinforce the belief that all work deserves recognition and compensation, thereby fostering a more respectful and just workplace culture. By engaging in self-service, you overlook the valuable role that human workers play in our society. When you choose to do their jobs on your own, it undermines their contributions and the livelihood they rely on, effectively diminishing their worth. It's essential to recognize that their skills and efforts deserve respect and compensation, not just to be replaced by our own hands at no cost or compassion for ourselves.

4. Express genuine appreciation for the efforts and contributions of those around you. Take the time to commend them not only in private but also in public forums, where their hard work can be recognized by a wider audience. A heartfelt "I appreciate you," followed by an explanation of why, can go a long way. This could be acknowledging a colleague’s dedication to a project during a team meeting or recognizing a friend's support at a gathering. Highlight specific actions they've taken or qualities you admire, making your praise personal and meaningful. This not only boosts their morale but also fosters a positive and encouraging environment.

5. Offer Guidance with Intention: Provide support and direction only to those individuals who actively seek insight into their true spiritual paths and purpose. The aim is to enlighten and empower others, helping them uncover their own potential and aspirations rather than imposing one’s own views or solutions.

6. Foster Mutual Respect for Beliefs: It is crucial to respect the diverse beliefs and perspectives of others, just as you would wish them to respect your own. Create a culture of understanding and acceptance by engaging in open dialogue and listening with empathy, regardless of differing viewpoints. For all, are welcome in the real connection.
